It is hereby agreed by the client terms that he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions stated below, and has not been forced or Pressured to make any payment & has made the payment to Spenta Casting & Production House( SCPH) his/ her own will for the portfolio or any other services.

* SCPH will arrange profile shoot for client 30 days from the invoice date; the client hereby agrees to be present at the given date and time if not SCPH has the right to terminate this agreement and retain any money/advances already paid.

Payment terms – CLIENT shall make all the due payment to SCPH in the studio before or on shoot date. In the event the client fails to remit payment as specified by SCPH has the right to terminate this agreement without further obligation, retain any money/advances already paid. SCPH will hand over soft copies of all edited pictures and all raw pictures within 25-30 days from the date of shoot, subject to the clearance of balance payment.
The appointment of photographer and location is in sole discretion of SPCH.
The amount the client pays to SCPH is totally a NON REFUNDABLE amount in whatsoever circumstances.
The amount being paid to SCPH by the client is for the profile shoot only and not any other services provided or any assignments by SCPH.

CLIENT hereby agrees to grant SCPH its affiliates all the rights (including intellectual property rights and other rights created by law) and a non-exclusive, royalty free, irrevocable license to use the Portfolio photos in our company’s advertising, marketing, promotions, Activities, literature, website, or any other purpose whatsoever, or in any other media.

CLIENT agrees SCPH shall not be liable for any loss suffered to studio on account of act of the client. Client /guardian shall bear all the lost suffer or incurred by studios owner on account of their act. If the shoot is canceled or if there is breach of terms by the client the amount paid is non-refundable. The client shall also be liable for payment of any monetary loss incurred by Spenta Casting & Production House due to cancelation, rescheduled, or breach of terms by the client.

SCPH shall not be liable for insurance covers or to the harm cause to client during shoot.

Audition & Registration: SCPH posts Audition update on daily basis on their website that is accessible by client. Third party auditions will be sent to clients registered email address one month after the profile is live on SCPH.
SCPH urges you to go for these auditions so as to increase your chances of getting casted. However these are Third party auditions and SCPH takes no responsibility of any engagement with any Third parties. Audition updates provided to client is an additional service from SCPH to increase casting possibilities.

SCPH does not guarantee that the client would get an assignment after making a portfolio from SCPH STUDIOS
or anyone else referred by SCPH.

Amount paid to SCPH is only for profile service. SCPH does not charge for registration or commission from artists for providing casting and does not guarantee any assignments against the amount paid to SCPH.

Remuneration/ Compensation: Compensation for casting projects is finalized by the brands, agency, production house or coordinator involved. The compensation varies from goodies given by the brand or even monetary payouts in all cases.
